All items are made to order via our POD partners, so colors, designs, or finishes may vary slightly.
Availability depends on supplier stock and fulfillment schedules.
3. Orders & Payment
We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and other approved providers.
Prices are in GBP and may change without notice.
Your order is accepted once payment is processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Fulfillment (production) takes 2–7 business days.
Estimated shipping times by destination:
UK: 5–10 business days
EU: 7–14 business days
US: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer due to supplier or carrier delays.
Please note: We cannot deliver to certain countries due to shipping or customs restrictions. You will be notified at checkout if your country is not supported.
5. Risk & Liability
Once your order leaves our supplier/fulfillment center, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
For items lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a claim.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos as proof.
We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” wrong size, or incorrect personal choices.
Refunds or replacements for approved claims will be processed promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our site (images, designs, text) belongs to Tewksylab or is used with permission. You may not copy or use our content without permission.
